Pool cleaning & maintenance

Pool Cleaning & Maintenance in Cathedral City & Palm Springs, CA

Regular, dependable pool service for Coachella Valley homes, rentals and seasonal residences — done by the owner, on a schedule you can plan around.

Consistent service is what keeps water clear

Almost every cloudy pool we get called out to has the same story behind it: the visits got irregular. Chemistry drifts, dust settles into the plaster, the filter loads up, and by the time the water looks wrong it has been heading that way for weeks. Fixing it after the fact costs more and takes longer than simply staying on top of it.

So that is what this service is. On your scheduled day we work through the same routine every time — surface, walls, floor, baskets, chemistry, equipment — and we do it whether or not the pool looks like it needs it. The point is that it never gets to the stage where it obviously does.

Built for Coachella Valley conditions

Pools here face things that pools elsewhere do not. Summer heat drives evaporation hard, and as the water level drops, the salts and minerals left behind concentrate, pulling your chemistry off balance on its own. Wind lifts fine desert dust and drops it straight into the pool, where it clouds the water and clogs the filter. Sun burns through chlorine faster than most people budget for.

We service pools around those realities: watching water level and topping off before chemistry swings, brushing thoroughly because dust here settles heavier, and keeping an eye on filter pressure so the system is not quietly choking. It is not complicated work — it just has to be done properly and done regularly.

What’s included in a regular visit

  • Skimming surface debris, leaves and blown-in dust
  • Brushing walls, steps and benches to stop buildup settling in
  • Vacuuming the pool floor
  • Emptying the skimmer and pump baskets
  • Water testing & chemical balancing for clear, comfortable water
  • Equipment check — pump, filter and skimmer given a look over

Who this is for

Homeowners who want the pool ready to use without spending their weekends maintaining it. Vacation rental owners and property managers who need the water to look right on every turnover, not just when someone remembers to check. Seasonal residents whose pools have to be looked after through the months they are not in the valley — which is exactly when a neglected pool gets expensive.

Pair it with filter cleaning

Regular cleaning keeps the water right; a clean filter is what lets the whole system actually move that water. If your pressure has been creeping up, it is worth doing both.

Questions

Pool cleaning FAQs

How often should my pool be cleaned in the Coachella Valley?

Most residential pools here do best on a weekly visit, especially through the hot months when evaporation and sun are working against your chemistry every day. Pools with heavy tree or shrub cover, or ones that get a lot of use, sometimes want more. We will tell you what we think your pool actually needs after we have seen it — not the most expensive option we can sell you.

Do you service pools year-round?

Yes. Winter here is milder than most of the country, but pools still collect dust and debris and still need balanced water. Service usually gets lighter rather than stopping altogether, and we are happy to adjust the schedule for the cooler months.

Do I need to be home during the visit?

No. As long as we can reach the pool — an unlocked side gate, a gate code, or a key arrangement you are comfortable with — you do not need to be there. We will let you know if anything needs your attention.
