There is not much mystery to pool care. The pools that stay clear are the ones somebody looks after consistently, and the pools that go wrong are almost always the ones where visits got skipped, rushed, or handed to whoever happened to be free that week. That is the whole idea behind Clear Waters: be the person who turns up when they said they would, and do the work carefully every time.

We are owner-operated and locally owned, which is not a slogan so much as a description of how the day actually runs. The person who gives you a quote is the person who shows up at your gate, and the person who answers when you call. Nothing gets lost being passed between a dispatcher, a route manager and a technician who has never seen your pool before.

Why clear water in the desert takes consistency

The Coachella Valley is a genuinely demanding place to keep a pool. Summer heat drives evaporation hard, and as the level drops, everything dissolved in the water concentrates — so your chemistry moves even on a week when nothing happens. Wind carries fine dust off open desert and puts it straight into the pool and the filter. Long, strong sun burns off chlorine faster than most people expect.

Handled steadily, none of that is dramatic. Left alone for a few weeks in July, all of it compounds at once — and then you are not maintaining a pool, you are recovering one. Regular service is simply the cheaper, easier version of the same job.

What we care about

Reliability. A service day you can plan around, and a heads-up from us if anything has to move. Predictability is most of the value.

Attention to detail. Brushing the steps and benches properly, emptying both baskets, actually testing the water rather than guessing at it. The small things are what the finished result is made of.

Honest pricing. A clear price up front, and a straight answer about what your pool needs. If something does not need doing yet, we will say so — we would rather keep a customer for years than pad one invoice.
